team in the Northwest was recorded on May 28, 1866.
On this day the
Pioneer Baseball Club of East Portland was created. |

It's Spring...you hear about
baseball on the radio, you read about it in the newspaper, you
see it on TV, now you can play it in a local Portland Stadium.
Come join us, you can play this summer for a local Portland
baseball
team. If you
are a current baseball player who wants to continue playing
ball
then get your glove and come on
out,
NWIBL has a team
waiting for you...We
are gearing up for the spring/summer
season and players are needed to fill out rosters. |
