Athletes In Motion is
brand new baseball facility that we are opening here on the
1st of Nov. The AIM program has been up and running for
about 2 years out of Sutset Athletic Club (SAC) and the
demand for the class has forces us to move to a brand new
5400sq. foot facility. Out facility also includes a
massage therapist, and nutritionalist all under the same
roof. We have trained more pro baseball players (+100)
then anybody in the Northwest, and with our pros coming
back you will be working side by side with them on their
off season work outs! Please take a look at the attachment

our strength and conditioning class to the even more
dedicated ball player! Brain Burres who pitches right now
with the Pirates uses us right now during his offseason
along with 7 other minor Leaguers it's a 2-2 1/2 hour
