The NWIBL is governed by Major League
Baseball rules with the exceptions found within these
notes. This document attempts to clarify and simplify as
many rules as possible. The intent is to eliminate
loopholes so that any one team does not receive an unfair
advantage over another. In the event an issue, matter, or
circumstance has not been addressed herein, the NWIBL
reserves the right to resolve said occurrence in the best
interest of the League as a whole, in the spirit of the
game of Baseball, and with impartiality to all the
participants.
The NWIBL general manager and/or managers meetings
are open to any member that wishes to attend. Any member
wishing to attend must notify the NWIBL Commissioner prior
to meeting. If the NWIBL Commissioner has not been
notified at least 48 hours in advance, attendance of said
member can be denied.
